摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for WLAN, and a system and a method for WLAN communication, and more particularly, to a resource allocation design method of a physical (PHY) layer in high efficiency WLAN. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in a WLAN communication apparatus for performing WLAN communication, provided is a WLAN communication apparatus comprising: a network interface card performing WLAN connection; and a processor which controls the operation of each unit of the WLAN communication apparatus, and transmits and receives data to and from an external communication apparatus through the network interface card. The processor is configured to divide the remaining frequency bands except a frequency band allocated to a guard section and DC among communication frequency bands allocated to the WLAN communication apparatus into a plurality of subbands when data is transmitted through the network interface card, wherein each subband comprises at least one pilot subcarrier and a plurality of data subcarriers, wherein an index of the pilot subcarrier for showing the turn in the communication frequency band of the pilot subcarrier remains the same even if the number of the subbands for dividing the communication frequency band is changed. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently allocating the resources of a physical layer in WLAN.
