PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for amplifying a composite signal.SOLUTION: A surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter receives the composite signal and outputs two or more sub signals to output in different frequency bands. The sub signals are amplified by a low-noise amplifier and in one embodiment, the amplified sub signals may be integrated. The outputs are connected via a switched passive network in such a manner that a portion of the sub signal of the output not in a selected frequency band is at least partially terminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
