PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound as an electron transport material capable of contributing to the improvement of characteristics required of an organic EL element such as lower drive voltage, higher efficiency, longer life and the like, particularly, the improvement of longer life and to provide an organic EL element using the electron transport material.SOLUTION: The compound represented by Formula (1) is provided.
