PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a stabilized lithium particle that improves the in-plane pre-dope mottling during the electrode production as well as that can produce a high battery characteristic; and a battery using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a stabilized lithium composite particle characterized to be a composite powder between a stabilized lithium particle having a coat film on the surface of a lithium particle, and a particle having a lithium salt formed with an anion capable of composing an ionic liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
