Provided is a game system which is equipped with a lottery mechanism (2) for selecting some numbers from among a plurality of numbers, and which on the basis of selections by the lottery mechanism (2) controls respective values of a plurality of squares (M11-M44) displayed in a game screen (100), wherein a growth attribute and a change attribute are established as factors in determining the respective values of the plurality of squares (M11-M44); for each attribute class, a modification condition for changing the state of an attribute in association with lottery mechanism (2) selections is established; and the respective values of the plurality of squares (M11-M44) are controlled by respectively changing the states of attributes on the basis of the lottery mechanism (2) selections and the modification condition of each attribute class.
