Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for early warning of danger, the method and the apparatus acquiring image information on a target object through a first wearable device worn on a user, detecting physical characteristics of the target object on the basis of the acquired image, determining a danger level, which is the degree of safety threat to the user, by using the detected physical characteristics, and warning the user on the basis of the determined danger level of an incident.
