摘要 Provided are: an organic and inorganic hybrid perovskite nanocrystalline particle light-emitting body having a gradient structure; a method for manufacturing the same; and a light-emitting device using the same. The organic and inorganic hybrid perovskite nanocrystalline particle light-emitting body having a gradient structure comprises an organic and inorganic hybrid perovskite nanocrystal which is dispersible in an organic solvent, wherein the nanocrystal has a gradient composition in which the composition increasingly varies from the center to the outward direction. Accordingly, the gradual content variation within the nanocrystal uniformly controls fraction within the nanocrystal, and reduces surface oxidation to thus improve exciton confinement within perovskite which internally exists in great quantities, thereby being capable of increasing light-emitting efficiency and increasing durability and safety.
