The present invention relates to an anti-sweating water paint composition and, more specifically, to a high quality and high functionality water paint composition having a heat insulation effect and a humidity adjusting ability. Dew condensation may be effectively prevented by means of the anti-sweating water paint composition including an EVA resin, micloid, perlite, and titanium dioxide as main ingredients. The anti-sweating water paint composition includes a mixture mixed with 14-16 wt% of perlite, 11-14 wt% of an EVA resin, 11-14 wt% of titanium dioxide (TiO2), 4-6 wt% of micloid, 0.4-0.6 wt% of an antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 wt% of a dispersion agent, 0.05-0.15 wt% of an antibacterial agent, 0.07-0.11 wt% of a viscosity agent, 0.06-0.10 wt% of a film forming agent, and 52-56 wt% of water. |
