The present invention relates to a method for cooking roasted Cirsium setidens for convenience food capable of easily allowing a user to eat Cirsium setidens rice at hole as roasting and rubbing processes are repeated to dry a Cirsium setidens leaf after washing, drying, and cutting processes are performed with respect to the Cirsium setidens leaf, a raw material so as to improve inconvenience such as a complex process, time-consuming, or the like when Cirsium setidens rice is cooked. The present invention provides the method for cooking roasted Cirsium setidens for convenience food comprising: a step of washing a Cirsium setidens leaf with water; a step of drying the washed leaf for 8-15 hours; a step of cutting the dried leaf at a thickness of 5-15 mm; a step of inserting the cut leaf into a roasting pot to roast the leaf for 2-5 minutes at a temperature of 100-280°C; a step of cooling heat for 3-5 minutes by blowing at a temperature of 15-25°C; a step of rubbing the cooled leaf for 5-15 minutes; a step of repeating the roasting and rubbing processes 3-5 times; and a step of drying the leaf for 1-4 hours at a temperature of 60-80°C. |
