The present invention relates to a connected cartridge filter-based filtration system and a composite filtration unit, and more specifically, to a connected cartridge filter-based filtration system, in which filtration units and cartridge filter units which have been separately installed and operated in a water treatment field are installed and operated together in association with each other, thereby reducing an installation space, and increasing the period of use of the cartridge filter units, thereby improving an overall process efficiency, and to a composite filtration unit. The connected cartridge filter-based filtration system comprises a plurality of filtration units and a plurality of cartridge filter units, and the filtration units and the cartridge filter units are operated together in association with each other.
