PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized lithium particle capable of improving safety against heat generation or the like during electrode manufacturing as well as productivity, and a battery using the stabilized lithium particle.SOLUTION: In stabilized lithium powder for a lithium ion secondary battery, each lithium particle has a coat on a surface thereof.
