摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device which suppress a return light caused by returning a part of an excitation light reflected by a reflector into a semiconductor laser, and improves absorption efficiency of an excitation light of an active medium.SOLUTION: The laser device includes the active medium, an optical resonator, a wavelength conversion medium, an excitation light source and a pair of reflector. The reflector comprises a first reflector and a second reflector, and the active medium and the conversion medium are disposed between the reflectors. An excitation light of a center wavelength λ1 emitted from the excitation light source is made incident through the first reflector to the conversion medium. The conversion medium generates a wavelength conversion light of a center wavelength λ2 by the incidence. The first and second reflectors reflect the light, and the active medium is optically excited by the reflection and emits a light. In the laser device, the optical resonator performs an optical resonance operation on the light, thereby generating a laser light of a center wavelength λ3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
