PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for surface protective film capable of forming an adhesive layer excellent in antistatic property and transparency, low in stain property and corrosive nature to an adherend and exhibiting good high speed peeling property and a surface protective film having the adhesive layer by curing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition for surface protective film containing (A) a (meth)acrylic resin having weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 400,000 of 40 to 60 mass%, (B) polyoxyalkylene polyol of 30 to 50 mass%, (C) polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether of 0.5 to 2 mass%, (D) polyisocyanate of 4.0 to 15 mass%, (E) an ionic compound of 0.5 to 2.0 mass% and (F) a tin-based catalyst of 0.005 to 0.1 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of total amount of above (A) to (E) and having acid value of 0 to 5 mgKOH/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
