PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which can suppress the wobbling of a telescopic rotation transmission shaft while preventing the damage of an inside guide plate and an outside guide plate, and the wear of each part.SOLUTION: An inside guide plate 17 which is gripped between balls 11 and an inner-side recessed groove 12a of an inner shaft 9a is made to contact with rolling faces of the balls 11 at only two points of inside contact parts 28a, 28b which are separated from each other in a circumferential direction, and pivotally supported by an inside face of the inner-side recessed groove 12a at its rear side portion, and an outside guide plate 18 which is gripped between the balls 11 and an outer-side recessed groove 14a of an outer shaft 10a is made to contact with the rolling faces of the balls 11 at only two points of outside contact parts 36a, 36b which are separated from each other in a circumferential direction, and pivotally supported by an inside face of the outer-side recessed groove 14a at its rear side portion. By elastically deforming the inside face of the outer-side recessed groove 14a to the outside of a radial direction in a state that a telescopic rotation transmission shaft 16 is assembled, preloads are imparted to the balls 11 without depending on elastic forces of the inside guide plate 17 and the outside guide plate 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
