PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging circuit capable of suppressing generation of heat in a circuit for generating a charging current, and an emergency lamp lighting device.SOLUTION: An emergency lamp lighting device 10 includes a full wave rectification circuit 12, a charging circuit 13, a voltage conversion circuit 22, a relay 24, a control power supply circuit 16, and a control circuit 18. The charging circuit 13 includes a flyback converter circuit 14, and a current generation circuit 20. The flyback converter circuit 14 includes a transformer having a primary winding and a secondary winding, and an output smoothing capacitor parallel connected to the second winding. The current generation circuit 20 is capable of generating a charging current( I) for charging a battery 60, detects a battery voltage V, outputs a constant current of 0.07A when the battery voltage Vis not more than a threshold voltage V, and outputs a constant current of 0.13A when the battery voltage Vis higher than the threshold voltage V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
