PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination system with which, irrespective of the content of a format in an identification card, it is possible to determine whether the identification card was manufactured by printing of an area coverage modulation scheme, even when the identification card does not have a moire fringe, etc., on the surface.SOLUTION: When determining the authenticity of an identification card LC, etc., manufactured by printing of an area coverage modulation scheme, image-captured data in which the whole or part of the identification card LC is image-captured, is acquired, and color flatness in the whole or part of the identification card LC is detected on the basis of the image-captured data. Then, determination is made on the basis of the color flatness as to whether the identification card LC was manufactured by printing of the area coverage modulation scheme, and the result of the determination is outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
