PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponics apparatus in which raising efficiency of plants is improved.SOLUTION: A hydroponics apparatus comprises: a plurality of hydroponics containers which are provided on a cultivation shelf 1 in a vertical direction while being arranged at a desired gap in multiple stages, and in which culture solution is pooled; and illumination parts 3 provided on top sides of respective hydroponics containers, and raises plants in space parts S formed between respective hydroponics containers. The space parts between respective hydroponics containers are partitioned into a section on one end part side of the cultivation shelf defined as an initial growth area S, a section on the other end part side of the shelf defined as a crop growth area S, and a section between both of the above-mentioned areas defined as a middle growth area S. The respective illumination parts are provided to the respective space parts of the respective areas, comprise an illuminator unit 30 having a desired number of illuminators 31 which irradiate light in the direction of the hydroponics containers.
