Disclosed are a method and device for adjusting the color temperature of a screen, and computer storage medium. The method for adjusting the color temperature of the screen comprises the steps of: detecting an RGB value of a pixel in a user interface of a terminal; obtaining hue information of the user interface according to the RGB value; according to a preset between the hue and the color temperature, obtaining a color temperature value corresponding to the hue information of the user interface; adjusting the color temperature of the screen according to the obtained color temperature value.
