Disclosed are a data channel scheduling method, device and system. The method comprises: configuring a serving cell set for a UE; configuring a first serving cell and a second serving cell corresponding to each serving cell in the serving cell set; sending a first PDCCH to the UE on the first serving cell corresponding to a third serving cell, so as to schedule the third serving cell to implement downlink data transmission with the UE; and sending a second PDCCH to the UE on the second serving cell corresponding to the third serving cell, so as to schedule the third serving cell to implement uplink data transmission with the UE, the third serving cell being a serving cell in the serving cell set. In embodiments of the present invention, a first serving cell for transmitting downlink scheduling information and a second serving cell for transmitting uplink scheduling information are independently configured for a serving cell of a UE on which data channel scheduling is implemented, and therefore the requirements when carries in unlicensed frequency bands are applied in CA can be satisfied. |
