PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for easy collection of measurement results data while avoiding a situation where the data is transmitted and received against the will of a user, and reducing power consumption by a wireless communication unit sufficiently.SOLUTION: When transmission condition data D0 recording the start conditions for starting transmission of measurement results data D2, when pre-defined conditions are satisfied, has been stored in a storage unit 16, a control unit 15 stops power supply to a wireless communication unit 14 (or maintains the state of stopping power supply to the wireless communication unit 14), and transmits the data D2 from the wireless communication unit 14 to a smart phone 2, by starting power supply to the wireless communication unit 14, when the start conditions recorded in the data D0 are satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
