PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that improves operation efficiency of a passenger vehicle for riding.SOLUTION: An information processor 10A comprises: a vehicle data acquisition part 141 which acquires vehicle data including at least vehicle position information representing a position of a passenger vehicle for riding and operation state information representing an operation state of the passenger vehicle for riding; and a prediction part 134 which predicts a prediction platform based upon information, representing a pickup position as a position of the passenger vehicle for riding when the operation state of the passenger vehicle for riding changes to an in-operation state, of the vehicle data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
