PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is required to refer the operation screen of an image processing apparatus directly for confirming the transmission results, and since it takes a long time for scanning or transmitting a document, when the number of pages of a document is enormous, the user leaves the image processing apparatus, and thereby it is required for the user to refer the operation screen of an image processing apparatus again for confirming the transmission results.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus having a plurality of paper discharge sections has means for transmitting image data generated by reading a document, means for selecting a paper discharge section for discharging the document thus read, out of the plurality of paper discharge sections, depending on the transmission results of the image data, and means for discharging the document thus read to the selected paper discharge section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 |
