PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a micropump capable of preventing degradation in a tube and having high discharge accuracy.SOLUTION: A micropump 10 includes: a tube unit 11 including tube 50 a part of which is disposed in a circular arc shape and has elasticity, and a first tube guide frame 17 and a second tube guide frame 18 for holding the tube 50; and a control unit 12 including fingers 40 to 46 arranged radially from a direction of a center of the circular arc shape of the tube 50, a cam 20 sequentially pressing the fingers 40 to 46 from an inflow side of the tube 50 to an outflow side thereof, a step motor 70 applying a rotational force to the cam 20, a control circuit section 30 controlling driving of the step motor 70, and a first machine frame 15 and a second machine frame 16 for holding the fingers 40 to 46, the cam 20, the step motor 70, and the control circuit unit 30. The tube unit 11 is attachable/detachable to/from the control unit 12 generally horizontally to a rotational surface of the cam 20. |
