PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sealed packed food product, which prevents degradation of a food product due to oxidation or decomposition of fat contained in the food product, allowing for excellent long-term storage with better quality preservation compared to a conventional method; and a sealed packed food product.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a sealed packed food product includes steps of: drying a food product; removing air from the interior of the dried food product; filling the interior of the food product after deaeration with a first inert gas; accommodating the food product having interior filled with the first inert gas in a package together with a second inert gas and then sealing the package. |
