The present invention relates to a fuel cell. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a fuel cell ensuring effective removal of condensate in a cell without reduction in the cell performance. To this end, the fuel cell includes: a membrane electrode assembly to which catalystic electrode layers are bonded to both sides of a polymeric electrolyte membrane; a subgasket bonded along a border portion of the membrane electrode assembly; a gas diffusion layer bonded to the membrane electrode assembly while interposing the subgasket; a heating part interposed between the membrane electrode assembly and the subgasket and heated by a potential difference of both sides; and a separation plate laminated on an outer surface of the gas diffusion layer and providing a flowing path for reaction gas and cooling water.
