The present invention relates to an apparatus for manually opening and closing a camera for a special vehicle that enables a user to manually and easily open and close a camera for a special vehicle in a situation that the camera for a special vehicle cannot be opened and closed automatically due to an obstacle or freezing in a tank, an armed vehicle, and a special vehicle to which the camera for a special vehicle is applied. The apparatus for manually opening and closing a camera for a special vehicle includes: a housing having a receiving space therein, and having one open side surface and the other open side surface; a camera unit provided inside the housing; a protective cover driving unit attached to the open side surface of the housing, and controlling a protective cover; a front unit attached to the protective cover driving unit in a case form of the protective cover driving unit; and a back unit attached to the other open side surface of the housing, and having a control device. The protective cover driving unit includes a rotary shaft unit provided in the protective cover driving unit, and coupled to the protective cover to be rotated, and a manual lever coupled to the rotary shaft unit, and controlling rotation of the protective cover. When the protective cover is not automatically rotated, the protective cover can be rotated manually through control of the manual lever. |
