Reply date/time identifying unit 47 identifies a date and time when a reply will be made to the received call, based on schedule data. Response sentence data generating unit 48 generates voice data of a response sentence indicating that a reply will be made on the identified date and time. Response sentence data sending unit 49 sends the voice data of a response sentence to a communication device of a caller.
