DNA APTAMER SPECIFICALLY BINDING TO LCN2 (LIPOCALIN 2) PROTEIN AND ITS USE

The present invention relates to a DNA aptamer capable of specifically binding to lipocalin 2 (LCN2) protein, and to a use thereof. The DNA aptamer of the present invention can specifically bind to LCN2 protein which is a liver cancer biomarker, and thus can be used for detecting LCN2 protein. In addition, the DNA aptamer of the present invention has specificity and stability as an alternative to an immunological detection method for either alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) or protein induced by vitamin K absence (PIVKA)-II which is currently applied in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Therefore, it is anticipated that the quick and economical diagnosis is possible, by using the DNA aptamer as a diagnostic system based on an aptamer which enables the early diagnosis of liver cancer, in conjunction with an existing diagnostic detection method.
