The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device with an improved structure so as to enhance a light emitting efficiency and to simplify a manufacturing process. According to the present invention, the organic light emitting device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; and a light emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the light emitting layer includes phosphor material and nano-scale inorganic material.
