发明名称 PURIFYING METHOD FOR YIELDING HIGH-CALIBER CARBON BLACK FROM WASTE TIRE
摘要 The present invention relates to a method for collecting high quality carbon black by refining carbon black obtained through pyrolysis of a waste tire. The method comprises the steps of: making carbon black into slurry in water; pulverizing the slurry; performing flotation on a pulverized material; magnetically sorting a floatation treated material; heating sorted carbon black in a microwave; and treating acid and base along with an ultrasonic treatment. According to the present invention, carbon black having a high added value is collected from a waste tire, so waste tire treatment costs are reduced and expectation and demands of industries may be satisfied. Moreover, import of high price carbon black raw ingredients may be replaced. Carbon black refined according to the method of the present invention is high quality carbon black and may be variously used as a main ingredient and an assisting ingredient in a tire production additive, a battery carbon ingredient, a rubber filler, and a plastic coloring agent. In particular, when functional rubber and plastic material used for the electronic industry and the medical industry are produced, the carbon black may be utilized as a filler and a coloring agent.
