摘要 The present invention relates to an all-in-one automatic vision-based surface inspection system. The all-in-one automatic vision-based surface inspection system comprises a housing, a camera, an optical system, a first illumination unit, and a control unit. The camera is installed in the housing and photographs a target inspection object. The optical system is installed on one side of the housing and forms an image of the target inspection object on the camera. The first illumination unit is installed on a side of the optical system and emits illumination light towards the target inspection object. The control unit is installed in the housing, processes image data of the target inspection object received from the camera, and uses a stored defect detection algorithm to detect a defect attached to the target inspection object based on the image data. The camera and the control unit are installed in the housing, and the optical system and the first illumination unit are installed on the one side of the housing to integrate the camera, the control unit, the optical system, and the first illumination unit with each other.
