Provided are a marker including a compound of formula 1, a composition for labelling, a method for labelling a protein by using the marker, and a method for detecting a protein by using the marker. In the formula 1: R_1, R_2, R_3, R_4, R_5, R_6 and R_8 are independently H, substituted or unsubstituted -C_(1-10)-alkyl- or -C_(2-10)-alkenyl, or -C_(2-10)-alkynyl; R_7 is H or -NR_9R_10; R_9 and R_10 are independently H, substituted or unsubstituted -C_(1-10)-alkyl- or -C_(2-10)-alkenyl, or -C_(2-10)-alkynyl; X is -NR_11, -0, or S; R_11 is H substituted or unsubstituted -C_(1-10)-alkyl- or -C_(2-10)-alkenyl, or -C_(2-10)-alkynyl; Y is -OR_12 or -NR_13R_14; R_12 is H, substituted or unsubstituted -C_(1-10)-alkyl- or -C_(2-10)-alkenyl, or -C_(2-10)-alkynyl; and R_13 and R_14 are independently H substituted or unsubstituted -C_(1-10)-alkyl- or -C_(2-10)-alkenyl, or -C_(2-10)-alkynyl.
