The present invention relates to a device for testing defrosting performance of a fluid for a heating tube and a method for testing defrosting performance of a fluid using the same. The device for testing defrosting performance of a fluid for a heating tube comprises: a temperature chamber which has a heating tube for guiding a flow of a fluid therein, and freezes the fluid in the heating tube for a prescribed time; and a defrosting evaluation kit to circulate the fluid in the heating tube disposed in the temperature chamber, refill the fluid in the heating tube, heat the heating tube using a prescribed power supply while the fluid is frozen, then supply air, and test defrosting performance. Unlike a conventional technique, the present invention can simply diagnose whether the heating tube which is a path of a urea solution is frozen or defrosted when nitrogen oxide (NOx) contained in exhaust gas of a diesel engine is purified as a urea solution. |
