The present disclosure relates to a method of operating a memory system including a memory device. The method includes a step of managing program order information for the memory device based on a program order stamp which indicates the relative order relation of a program operation for memory groups included in the memory device; and a step of controlling a read-out voltage for performing a read-out operation for the memory device, based on the program order information and a mapping table of storing a read-out voltage offset and the program order stamp corresponding to the read-out voltage offset. So, the performance and reliability of the memory device can be improved.
