The present invention relates to a combination PVR and DVR satellite multimedia system having the function of recording and playing a satellite broadcast in a remote place. Provided is a satellite multimedia system comprising: at least one surveillance camera for obtaining multiple surveillance image signals; a satellite broadcast receiver for processing satellite broadcast signals received through a satellite antenna from at least one broadcasting satellite; a display for outputting the multiple surveillance images obtained through the surveillance camera and broadcast images processed by the satellite broadcast receiver; a recording part for storing or recording the surveillance images and the broadcast images in real time; and a wireless communication part for transmitting the surveillance images or the broadcast images, which have been requested to be transmitted by the mobile terminal of a user in a remote place, to the mobile terminal by communicating with the mobile terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided can be a satellite multimedia system having an additional function of receiving, recording and playing a digital satellite broadcast while monitoring images input from the surveillance camera. Also, a user can monitor surveillance images in a remote place and can watch recorded or real-time broadcast images using a mobile terminal. |
