A soldering device of a tabbing apparatus is disclosed. The soldering device of a tabbing apparatus of the present invention includes: a cell transfer device transferring a cell and wires that are stacked; and a heating device heating and bonding the cell and the wire that are transferred by the cell transfer device. According to the present invention, the cell transfer device can consecutively transfer multiple cells and wires toward the heating device, and the heating device can consecutively bond the cells and wires on the cell transfer device along a movement direction of the cells and wires.
