The present invention relates to a cleansing composition comprising granules having hydrophobic surfaces. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cleansing solution comprising granules having surfaces modified to be hydrophobic by arranging an alkyl group of a surfactant attached to the surface at outer-most side. The cleansing composition comprising granules of which the surfaces are modified to be hydrophobic can be used to manufacture a cleansing solution having excellent cleaning power and foaming capacity while having minimum stimuli to skin by minimizing the amount of anionic surfactant.
