摘要 The present invention relates to a graphene edge transcription method for transcribing graphene grown on a metal foil or metal film onto a substrate. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for transcribing graphene on a substrate without directly using a polymer coating agent on graphene by forming a polymer edge on the edge of graphene grown on a metal foil or metal film by a chemical vapor deposition method. The graphene edge transcription method comprises the steps of: forming a polymer edge by applying a polymer coating agent onto the edge of a metal foil or metal film to which graphene is grown; curing the metal foil on which a polymer edge is coated at atmospheric pressure or vacuum; etching the metal foil or metal film in a metal etching solution; rinsing the product obtained from etching step by substituting the metal etching solution with distilled water; inserting a substrate under graphene and transcribing the polymer edge and graphene onto the substrate together; and drying the transcribed substrate and removing the polymer edge.
