The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gripping device for heavy equipment, which can reduces a financial burden of a consumer because weight of an excavator and an arm can be minimized, a structure is simplified, and a failure rate is reduced by converting a mode of the gripping device into a manual mode using a mechanical structure. In order to achieve this purpose, the gripping device for heavy equipment, comprises: a mounting bracket fixed and installed on an arm of the heavy equipment, wherein an elongated hole is formed on one side with a slope; first and second brackets fixed and installed on the arm of the heavy equipment at a regular interval, wherein position of the first and second brackets are spaced from a position of the mounting bracket; a gripper coupled to the elongated hole of the mounting bracket to be able to rotate and move by the medium of a hinge pin; a support bar whose one end part is coupled to the gripper to be able to rotate, and another end part is selectively coupled to the first and second brackets by the medium of a fixing pin; and the fixing pin which fixes to an upper part or a lower part of the mounting bracket to be coupled thereto depending on whether the gripper is used. In regards to this, if the gripper is used, the fixing pin is coupled to the lower part of the mounting bracket in a state that the hinge pin is located on a top of the elongated hole, and the support bar is coupled to a lower part of the first bracket so as to fix the gripper. On the other hand, if the gripper is not used, the fixing pin is coupled to the upper part of the mounting bracket in a state that the hinge pin is located on a bottom of the elongated hole, and the support bar is coupled to an upper part of the second bracket so as to closely contact the gripper with the arm. |
