PROCESS FOR GENERATOR GAS PRODUCING

摘要

A process for generator gas producing by thermochemical processing of solid hydrocarbon fuel involves fuel batch loading into the cavity of gas generator body and feed of gas mixture containing oxygen as oxidant thereto, thermochemical processing of solid hydrocarbon fuel up to producing generator gas, further purification and drying thereof and generator gas collection. A batch of solid lumped or granulated hydrocarbon fuel is loaded into the cavity of gas generator body as a mixture of fractions with typical size of 3 to 70 mm up to formation of fuel bulk density. Thermochemical process is initiated at the upper zone of solid fuel layer. In the course of thermochemical processing the permanent effect of backward heat-flux vector is sustained by maintaining the temperature of high-temperature gasification front displacing within fuel layer downward towards the air mixture flow within 900-1300 °C with gas mixture current volume control. The collection of generator gas is performed at upper section of the gas generator body. Gas drying is performed in hydraulic hitch by passing through aqueous layer.
