A method to improve the efficiency of specific immunization of calves with salmonellosis includes vaccination and use of an immunomodulator. On the background of double oral vaccination against salmonella calves take the vitamin and mineral premix "Veromin premix-19/5E" in the amount of 5 g per 25 kg body weight. The vitamin and mineral premix "Veromin premix-19/5E" is fed to calves every day for 10 days before and 14 days after the first vaccination to the revaccination.
