A cleaning device comprises a body that defines an opening. The device includes a fluid reservoir disposed within the body, an outlet in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir, and a plurality of flexible elements disposed about the perimeter of the opening and projecting inwardly. In some embodiments, the outlet is located on an outer perimeter of the device. The device may include a compressible member in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir and the outlet.
