The present invention relates to a breathable and waterproof fabric and a method for manufacturing the same. The breathable and waterproof fabric manufacturing method includes: a step of transferring a hot melt adhesive dot pattern to a transfer auxiliary film; a step of transferring the hot melt adhesive dot pattern transferred to the transfer auxiliary film to a textile base material; and a step of performing heat sealing with a nano fiber web that is provided with a micro porous structure put on the hot melt adhesive dot pattern transferred to the textile base material, the micro porous structure being formed through accumulation by a nano fiber of polymer material. |
