A CAP HAVING DEFORMATION PREVENTING TYPE HEAD BAND

The present invention relates to a cap with a deformation preventing head band, which properly prevents wrinkles from being formed on the circumference of the lower end of a crown part as the head band is deformed by heat and salt. The cap comprises: a crown part manufactured into a round shape by attaching at least one panel; a head band attached to the circumference of the lower end of the crown part; and a visor part attached to the lower end part of the front of the crown part. The head band is formed by weaving the warp and the weft. The warp is a non-elastic thread manufactured by twisting two strands of 100 denier nylon yarn together, and the weft is an elastic thread coated with polyurethane. The mass ratio of the weft to the warp is 8-16:1, and the shrinkage of the head band is less than 2% with respect to the original form thereof when a user does not wear the cap.
