The present invention relates to a device for cleaning a main shaft belt for a machine tool and sensing tension thereof, which can delay abrasion and deterioration of a main shaft belt and a roller by contacting with the main shaft belt using the roller, can prevent a collision accident occurred by free fall of a saddle and a tool post by breaking of the main shaft belt, and can extend a life of the main shaft belt by maintaining clean condition of the main shaft belt by spraying compressed air on the main shaft belt during sensing tension of the main shaft belt. More specifically, the device for cleaning the main shaft belt for a machine tool and sensing tension thereof, comprises: a main shaft housing on which the main shaft belt for connecting a motor shaft pulley and a ball screw side pulley; a body inserted through the main shaft housing to be installed thereon, wherein an air hole is formed through an inner part, a pin hole is formed on a lower part, and a spring supporting protrusion is formed on a side surface; an elastic body installed between the spring supporting protrusion of the body and the main shaft housing; a dog installed on an upper part of the body; a sensor bracket installed on the main shaft housing; a proximity sensor which is fixed and connected to the sensor bracket and is installed around the dog; a bearing which is installed on the lower part of the body to be able to rotate using a pin; and a nozzle which is connected to the air hole of the body and is installed around the main shaft belt. |
