The invention relates to a device for compacting bulk products in a package, concerns packaging and filling equipment and can be used in food, chemical and other fields of industry. An apparatus for compacting bulk products in a package consists of a body, connected to a source of vibration, a guide chute to placing the package with bulk product and an arcuate plate. The source of vibrations is made as a vibrating pneumatic cylinder, an oscillating pneumatic cylinder and a control circuit, the rod vibrating pneumatic cylinder is connect6ed to the guide chute, whose back cover is mounted in a groove of the arcuate plate and pivotally fastened to the rod of the oscillating pneumatic cylinder to provide location from vertical to horizontal position. Such a design embodiment of the apparatus increases the efficiency of compaction process in the package by adjusting the frequency and amplitude of the vibrations of the package with the product. |
