FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cementing casing string (CS) oil and gas wells and field-geophysical methods of quality control. Disclosed is method for consolidation of cement grout for casing string in horizontal wells, which involves stages of logging in wells acoustic quality control instrument of cementing of CS, detecting Lamb-Stoneley wave amplitude- interpretation of measurement results with extraction of sections of "jamming" mixture washing liquid, and local processing places "jamming" flushing fluid elastic vibrations at frequency radial resonance of casing string. At that acoustic quality control of cementing of CS is carried out at early time immediately after injection of cement solution for 30-180 minutes, then intervals for CS Lamb-Stoneley wave registration with lowest dynamics of their decrease, characterising presence of local sections "jamming" mixture of flushing fluid and cement solution.EFFECT: high quality of cementing horizontal wells due to timely detection of areas of "jamming" mixture of flushing fluid and grouting mortar after casing string with delayed consolidation.1 cl, 2 dwg |
