The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composition for diagnosing Alzheimer′s disease through detection of beta-amyloid plaques, and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition for diagnosing Alzheimer′s disease is a diagnostic composition for detecting beta-amyloid plaques, having low molecular weight, manufactured by a simple method, having excellent phosphorescent properties, having high selectivity for beta-amyloid plaques, having excellent binding affinity with a single beta-amyloid as well as beta-amyloid plaques, enabling a clinical image diagnosis, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
