A vibration mixer comprises a housing, which by elastic elements is connected to a frame, a vibroexciter fixed on the housing, a shaft and blades are placed within the housing, and outside the housing an electromechanical drive of the shaft is mounted. The shaft consists of two parts: the central - shaft and outer - shell with blades fixedly attached thereto, which is mounted on the shaft with possibility of rotation of the shell with shaft and of oscillating motion about the shaft axis. The shaft and shell protrude outside the housing, and between the shell and housing gaps are made, closed by elastic seals. Furthermore, on the shaft, from each side of the housing, sleeves are mounted, fixedly connected to the shell, with possibility of transmission of torque between the sleeves and shell. The sleeve from one housing side is connected to the shaft by prismatic keyway, and on the sleeve radial axles are fixedly mounted, on which radial bearings are mounted, which by outer rings are in contact with a groove of a spatial cam, fixedly mounted on the frame. The sleeve, on the other side of the housing, serves as a guide for the shell relative to the shaft, which outside the sleeves is mounted on supports fixedly attached to the frame. The shaft is coupled via the clutch to the driven shaft of the electromechanical actuator fixedly mounted on the frame. |
