Disclosed are a resistive memory device for performing an elimination and verification operation, a resistive memory system and an operating method thereof. The method for operating the resistive memory device according to the technical idea of the present invention, wherein the resistive memory device includes wired lines and bit lines, comprises: a step of selecting one or more first memory cells connected to a first bit line; a step of selecting one or more second memory cells connected to a second bit line; and a step of simultaneously performing reset record on the first and second memory cells through a first record driver. So, elimination and verification operations can be improved.
